How I rebuilt the website for a Fallbrook DMV registration office around what customers actually do: walk in, bring the right papers, and leave with a sticker.
A good ranking on a site that was not doing its job.
California Auto Registration Services is a family-owned registration office in Fallbrook that has been handling renewals, title transfers, and tags since 2003. For a lot of North County drivers it is the way to skip the DMV line.
Their old WordPress site already ranked well on Google locally, which was worth protecting. But it did not make the walk-in offer obvious, and customers still showed up without the paperwork they needed. The redesign had to fix both without giving up the ranking.

Sticker in hand, same day. The offer sits at the top of the page, with one tap to call and one tap for directions.
A DMV forms library
The seven forms customers ask for most can be downloaded right from the site, so people arrive with the right paperwork instead of making a second trip.
An appointment booker that knows the paperwork
Pick the service and the booker lists exactly which documents to bring.
Redirects that protect the ranking
Every old page address points to its new home, so the search ranking the business had already earned carried over to the new site.
Fast and clean on a phone
Most customers find the office from a phone in the car. Every page is built for that first.
Live, and easier to walk into.
The new site launched in July 2026 on its own domain. A customer can now call, get directions, download a form, or book a time in one tap from a phone.
